PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on October 19, 2021, beginning at 2:00 P.M. in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:
An ordinance to rezone property located northwest of 151st and Pine Streets from R4-Single Family Residential District (High Density) and MU-Mixed Use District to R4-Single Family Residential District (High Density).
An ordinance to rezone property located northwest of 151st and Pine Streets from R4-Single Family Residential District (High Density) and MU-Mixed Use District to MU-Mixed Use District.
Res. that, the Final Plat transmitted herewith entitled Heartwood Estates, a subdivision inside city limits, located northwest of 151st and Pine Streets, is hereby approved and concurrently a portion of the existing plat entitled South Farm Replat 2, and described on said replat, is hereby vacated.
Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement among the City of Omaha, South Farm LLC, The Heartwood Preserve Master Property Owners Association, and Sanitary and Improvement District (S.&I.D.) 584 of Douglas County, Nebraska, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as Heartwood Estates (Lots 1-51 and Outlots A-F) and is located northwest of 151st and Pine Streets.
An ordinance to rezone property located northwest of Blair High Road and State Street from AG-Agricultural District to GI-General Industrial District.
Res. that, the Final Plat entitled State & Hwy 133 Addition (Lots 1-2, Outlets A and B) (formerly STATE & HIGHWAY 133 ADDITION), a subdivision outside city limits, located Northwest of Blair High Road and State Street, is hereby approved and accepted.
Res. that, the Large Project Special Use Permit application submitted by Westwood Solutions, LLC, for a Large Project Special Use Permit to allow Communication services in the GI-General Industrial District, located northwest of Blair High Road and State Street, Omaha, Nebraska, is hereby approved and the Permits and Inspection Division is directed to issue the necessary permit therefor, provided the conditions set out in Exhibit “A” of the referenced application, conditions set out in Exhibit “B’’, and all applicable local or state statutes, ordinances or regulations are complied with.
Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement between the City of Omaha and Westwood Solutions LLC, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as State and Highway 133 Addition (Lots 1-2 and Outlets A-B) and is located northwest of Blair High Road and State Street.
Res. that, the Special Use Permit application submitted by Kimley-Horn, for a Major Amendment to the Large Project Special Use Permit in the GI-General Industrial District, located at 5701 South 85th Circle; 5639, 5711, 5805, 5810, and 5820 South 86th Circle, is hereby approved and the Permits and Inspection Division is directed to issue the necessary permit therefor, provided the conditions set out in Exhibit “A” of the referenced application, conditions set out in Exhibit “B”, and all applicable local or state statutes, ordinances or regulations are complied with. That the proposed Special Use Permit has been reviewed and evaluated pursuant to, and meets each of, the criteria set forth in Section 55-885 of the Omaha Municipal Code.
Res. that, the Special Use Permit application submitted by Nebraska Youth Justice Initiative for a Special Use Permit to allow Large group living in the R1 District, located at 5020 Grand Avenue, Omaha, Nebraska, is hereby approved and the Permits and Inspection Division is directed to issue the necessary permit therefor, provided the conditions set out in Exhibit “A” of the referenced application, conditions set out in Exhibit “B”, and all applicable local or state statutes, ordinances or regulations are complied with; and that the proposed Special Use Permit has been reviewed and evaluated pursuant to, and meets each of, the criteria set forth in Section 55-885 of the Omaha Municipal Code.
Res. that, the Special Use Permit application submitted by Nebraska Youth Justice Initiative for a Special Use Permit to allow Emergency residential care in the R1 District, located at 5020 Grand Avenue, Omaha, Nebraska, is hereby approved and the Permits and Inspection Division is directed to issue the necessary permit therefor, provided the conditions set out in Exhibit “A” of the above application, conditions set out in Exhibit “B”, and all applicable local or state statutes, ordinances or regulations are complied with; and that the proposed Special Use Permit has been reviewed and evaluated pursuant to, and meets each of, the criteria set forth in Section 55-885 of the Omaha Municipal Code.
