NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on March 4, 2025, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:

An ordinance to rezone property located at 6636 North 31st Avenue from R4(35)-Single-Family Residential District (High-Density) to R5-Urban Family Residential District.

An ordinance to rezone property located at 2009 South 7th Street from GC-General Commercial District to R7-Multiple-Family Residential District (Medium-Density).

Anyone interested in these matters should be in attendance.

NOTICE

The City of Omaha Public Art Commission will have a monthly meeting at 4:00 p.m. on:

Wednesday, February 19th, 2025 at the Dewey Recreation Center, 550 Turner Boulevard, Omaha, NE 68105. The meeting originally scheduled for February 12, 2025, was cancelled due to inclement weather.

Proposed agenda kept continually current shall be available for public inspection in the Omaha/Douglas Civic Center at the Office of the Parks, Recreation, and Public Property Department or on the Mayors website, https://mayors-office.cityofomaha.org/. The Board shall have the right to modify the agenda at said public meeting when convened.
