NOTICE

The Board of Education of Ralston Public Schools will meet in special session on Monday, March 31, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. in the Virginia Moon Administrative Center, 8545 Park Drive, Ralston, Nebraska. At the meeting, the Board will take action to terminate or other action it deems appropriate on the employment contract of Amanda Elgert and act on any other business before the Board. An agenda for the meeting, which shall be kept continually current, is readily available for public inspection at the Superintendent’s office during normal business hours.

AGENDA

The following is an Agenda for a special meeting of the Board of Education to be held on Monday, March 31, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. in the Virginia Moon Administrative Center, 8545 Park Drive, Ralston, Nebraska:

1.  Call meeting to order.

2.  Open Meetings Act announcement.

3.  Discuss, consider, and take action to appoint a hearing officer and advisor to the Board for a personnel hearing.

4.  Personnel hearing will be held and the Board will take action to terminate, continue, or take other action it deems appropriate on the employment contract of Amanda Elgert. (Executive or closed session is possible for the hearing and for deliberations). In the event of a resignation the Board of Education will consider, discuss and take action on acceptance of the resignation and any resignation agreement.

5.  Adjourn meeting.
