Waiver of Section 55-186 – Variance to the required rear yard setback from 25’ to 20’ to allow for the replacement of a backyard deck; 13301 Sherwood Cir.

Waiver of Section 55-166 – Variance to the required rear yard setback from 25’ to 10’ to allow for the replacement of a backyard deck; 1430 N. 132nd Ave. Cir.

Waiver of Section 55-742(b)(2) – Variance to the minimum street yard landscaping from 60% to 19.3% for a driveway addition to allow for a turnaround; 6820 Pacific St.

Waiver of Sections 55-782(b)(6) – Variance to the accessory structure setback from 3’ to 2’ to allow for the replacement of a detached garage; 116 S. 50th Ave.

Waiver of Sections 55-804 & 55-715 – Variance to the minimum street yard landscaping from 80% to 69% and to the maximum permitted sound levels to which a DR-zoned property may be subjected to from 60 dBA to 68 dBA (inside) and 96 dBA (outside, five annual events) to allow the site to be used for religious assembly; 9861 N. 60th St.

Proposed agenda kept continually current shall be available for public inspection in the Omaha/Douglas Civic Center at the Office of the Parks, Recreation, and Public Property Department or on the Mayors website, https://mayors-office.cityofomaha.org/. The Board shall have the right to modify the agenda at said public meeting when convened.
