NOTICE TO PUBLIC
 
The City Council of the City of Omaha will have a Pre-Council Meeting at 10:30 A.M. in the Conference Room, LC-1, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center, 1819 Farnam Street, for the purpose of discussing the agenda items and briefing and discussion of public business; and a regular Council Meeting at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, April 9, 2019, in the Legislative Chambers of the Omaha/Douglas Civic Center in Omaha, Nebraska.  Proposed agenda kept continually current shall be available for public inspection in the Omaha/Douglas Civic Center at the Office of the City Clerk, but the Council shall have the right to modify the agenda to include items of an emergency nature only at such public meeting when convened.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES
 
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on April 9, 2019, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:
 
An ordinance, as recommended by the Mayor, in accordance with Section 5.17 of the Home Rule Charter, the bid of RTG Building Services, Inc. dba LP Building Service Group in the amount of $13,165.00 annually, (2019 $13,165.00; 2020 $13,165.00; for a total contract amount of $26,330.00) for window washing services for the ten Omaha Public Libraries, in accordance with the lowest bid submitted meeting specifications for a period of two years, commencing April 15, 2019
 
An ordinance to approve the acceptance of and authorize disbursement over more than one fiscal year from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Office of Lead Hazard Control and Healthy Homes, FY 2018 Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction Grant, Award #NELHB0688-18, in the amount of $3,106,271.00, match in the amount of $550,000.00, and total program amount of $3,656,271.00, during the project period extending from April 1, 2019 to September 30, 2022; to provide funding for lead hazard control services for up to 150 housing units in targeted areas of substandard housing; to authorize payment from such grant funding and involving appropriations of more than one year in conformity with Section 5.17 of the Home Rule Charter
