PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on June 18, 2019, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:
An ordinance to rezone property located northwest of 15th and Mike Fahey Streets from DS-Downtown Service District and CBD-Central Business District to CBD-Central Business District (property is located within an ACI-1 Overlay District)
Res. that, the Preliminary Plat entitled Builders District, a minor plat inside the city limits, with a waiver of Section 53-8(5), Easements, northwest of 15th and Mike Fahey Streets, made a part of Exhibit “A”, along with the conditions, is hereby accepted; and, the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized. The applicant is Noddle Companies
Res. that, the Final Plat entitled Builders District, located northwest of 15th and Mike Fahey Streets, is hereby approved, and concurrently a portion of the existing plat entitled The Original City of Omaha, and described on said replat, is hereby vacated. The applicant is Noddle Companies
Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement among the City of Omaha, Kiewit Infrastructure Co., NoDo Condos LLC, and NoDo Condos II LLC, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as Builders District (Lots 1-4) and is located northwest of 15th and Mike Fahey Streets

An ordinance to rezone property located southwest of 204th Street and West Center Road from AG-Agricultural District to R4-Single Family Residential District (High Density)
An ordinance to rezone property located southwest of 204th Street and West Center Road from AG-Agricultural District to R6-Low Density Multiple Family Residential District
An ordinance to rezone property located southwest of 204th Street and West Center Road from AG-Agricultural District to R7-Medium Density Multiple Family Residential District
An ordinance to rezone property located southwest of 204th Street and West Center Road from AG-Agricultural District to MU-Mixed Use District
An ordinance to approve a Mixed Use District Development Agreement for property located southwest of 204th Street and West Center Road between the City of Omaha and Wish In One Hand Enterprises, LLC, providing site development standards
Res. that, the Revised Preliminary Plat entitled Privada, a subdivision outside the city limits, with waivers of Section 53-8(2) Curve Radius and Section 53-8(2)(b) Cul-de-sac length, located southwest of 204th Street and West Center Road, along with the conditions, is hereby accepted; and, the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized. The applicant is Wish in One Hand Enterprises, LLC
Res. that, the Final Plat entitled Privada (Lots 1-177, Outlots A-P), a subdivision outside the city limits, located southwest of 204th Street and West Center Road, is hereby approved and accepted. The applicant is Wish in One Hand Enterprises, LLC
Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement among the City of Omaha, Wish in One Hand Enterprises, LLC, the Privada Master Owners Association, the Privada Acreage Association, the Privada Villa Association, and Sanitary and Improvement District (S.&I.D.) 595 of Douglas County, Nebraska, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as Privada (Lots 1-177 and Outlots A-P) and is located southwest of 204th Street and West Center Road
Res. that, the Streetscape and Entrance Sign Maintenance Agreement among the City of Omaha, Wish in One Hand Enterprises, LLC, and the Privada Master Owners Association, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved
Res. that, the Special Use Permit application submitted by American Tower for a Special Use Permit to allow a Broadcast Tower in a DS District, located at 1804 Paul Street, Omaha, Nebraska, is hereby approved and the Permits and Inspection Division is directed to issue the necessary permit therefor, provided the conditions set out in Exhibit "A" of the referenced application, conditions set out in Exhibit "B", and all applicable local or state statutes, ordinances or regulations are complied with. That the proposed Special Use Permit has been reviewed and evaluated pursuant to, and meets each of, the criteria set forth in Section 55-885 of the Omaha Municipal Code
