NOTICE TO PUBLIC
The City Council of the City of Omaha will have a Pre-Council Meeting at 10:30 A.M. in the Conference Room, LC-1, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center, 1819 Farnam Street, for the purpose of discussing the agenda items and briefing and discussion of public business; and a regular Council Meeting at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, September 24, 2019, in the Legislative Chambers of the Omaha/Douglas Civic Center in Omaha, Nebraska. Proposed agenda kept continually current shall be available for public inspection in the Omaha/Douglas Civic Center at the Office of the City Clerk, but the Council shall have the right to modify the agenda to include items of an emergency nature only at such public meeting when convened.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on September 24, 2019, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:
An ordinance to amend the official zoning map of the City of Omaha by converting to Omaha zoning classifications in areas of Douglas County added to the City of Omaha’s three-mile zoning jurisdiction
An ordinance to approve an Amendment to the Future Land Use Element of the Omaha Master Plan to include the extraterritorial area expanded as a result of the 2019 Annexation Package
An ordinance to amend the Omaha Municipal Code by adding a new Chapter 56 entitled “Telecommunications”; and to adopt a new Article I thereunder entitled “Small wireless facilities”, regulating the City’s processing of applications for the deployment of small wireless facilities by telecommunications companies
An ordinance declaring the necessity of appropriating for use of the City of Omaha, the necessary lands located at 3404 Q Street for the proposed construction of a new Fire Station 31; providing for the approval of a Purchase Agreement between the City of Omaha and Miami Partners, LLC, in the amount of $730,000.00; and authorizing eminent domain for the purpose of releasing a parking access easement over the property at 3404 Q Street if negotiations are unsuccessful
