NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on October 8, 2019, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:
Res. that, the Preliminary Plat entitled Gold Meadows, a subdivision inside the city limits, located northwest of 50th and Bancroft Streets, along with the conditions, is hereby accepted; and, the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized. The applicant is Mark Lampe

The regular meeting of the Omaha Public Library (OPL) – Metropolitan Community College (MCC) Library Entity Board will be held on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 at 4:00 P.M. at the South Omaha Library, located at 2808 Q Street. OMAHA HOUSING AUTHORITY
Resident Relocation Services
Request for Proposals No. 19-09-04
Proposals are requested from qualified Resident Relocation Services providers to provide resident relocation and coordination services at Spencer Homes and Southside Terrace. The Omaha Housing Authority (OHA) will accept hand-delivered proposals until October 29, 2019.
These properties, located in Omaha, Nebraska, are currently occupied. Spencer Homes includes 111 units and Southside Terrace includes 359 units. OHA intends to award one contract to a single provider beginning November 11, 2019 and continue throughout the duration of the projects. Spencer Homes redevelopment should conclude in July 2022. A timeline for Southside Terrace has not been established.
A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference and site tour will take place on Thursday October 3, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. The conference will be held at the OHA Central Office, 1823 Harney Street, Omaha, NE 68102.

Deadline for Proposal submission is Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at 2:00 P.M.
