ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

1. Sealed proposals addressed to the Board of Education of the Omaha Public Schools, Douglas County, Nebraska, for FLOORING REPLACEMENT AT BELVEDERE, FONTENELLE AND MINNE LUSA ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS, SUMMER 2020, Bid Number 20-032, for the Omaha Public Schools, in accordance with plans, specifications and Contract Documents adopted by the District, are to be received at the OPS SERVICE CENTER, 4041 NORTH 72ND STREET, Omaha, Nebraska 68134-4407 until 2:00 PM, CT, April 7, 2020. At that time, the bids will be publicly opened, read aloud and tabulation will be made to present to the Board of Education at the next regular meeting for consideration in awarding the Contract. Any bid received after the closing time will be returned unopened. The time clock maintained by the OPS Service Center shall be the official clock utilized to determine the time for close of bidding. A mandatory Pre-Bid tour will begin at BELVEDERE ELEMENTARY, 6224 N. 37th Street, starting at 9:00 AM, Monday, March 30, 2020. Tours of FONTENELLE AND MINNE LUSA ELEMENTARY will follow. Those not attending the tours will not be allowed to bid.
