Pursuant to NDEQ's Title 118 - Ground Water Quality Standards and Use Classification, public notification and opportunity for comment is hereby given of the following:
1. On or about March 4, 1991 and June 21, 1994, a petroleum release was identified originating from a storage tank located at 7801 Dodge Street, Omaha. An approximate legal location is NE1/4, SE1/4, NW1/4, Section 23, Township 15N, Range 12E, Douglas County.
