Section 2-965, Reissue Revised Statutes of Nebraska, provides a control authority may  direct and carry out projects of control for  one or more specific noxious weeds without  individual notice as prescribed in section 2-955 

if the control authority has caused publication  of such project.

The City of Omaha Planning Department, in accordance with National Flood Insurance Program regulation 65.7(b)(1), hereby gives notice of the City’s intent to revise the 1% annual chance (100-year) floodplain and floodway, generally located between approximately 1700 feet upstream (north) of Fort Street to 1500 feet downstream (south) of West Maple Road.
