2026 ANNUAL

DEWATERING WELL MAINTENANCE

Eppley Airfield, Omaha, Nebraska

The Omaha Airport Authority, Omaha, Nebraska will receive Bids for the project titled 2026 ANNUAL DEWATERING WELL MAINTENANCE.  Combined construction will include Surging, Water discharge, electrical, pumping and Miscellaneous Construction Items.  Substantial Completion of the project must be completed within the contract times indicated below:

Substantial completion of the project must be achieved within 20 (Twenty) working days of a start date which shall be identified in the Notice to Proceed letter and which shall be agreed upon between the Owner and the Contractor.

Sealed bids will be received until 10:30 a.m., on February 26, 2026, in the Airport Authority offices, Second Level, Eppley Airfield Terminal Building, Omaha, Nebraska, at which time and place they will be opened and read aloud.

A project review conference will be held at 10:30 a.m. on February 19, 2026, in the office of the Omaha Airport Authority, location at 1519 E. Hartman Court, Eppley Airfield, Omaha, Nebraska. A site inspection will follow the project review conference.

Sealed bids for equipment acquisition for the Omaha Airport Authority, Omaha, Nebraska, Project No. CEB 26-09B will be received at the Omaha Airport Authority business office until 3:00 P.M. Central Standard Time on Monday, February 9, 2026 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

The work involved includes the following:

Purchase One (1) 2026 Ford Police Interceptor Utility (Explorer – AWD) – Less One (1) Trade-in

The bidder must supply all the information required by the proposal forms.  Omaha Airport Authority reserves the right to waive any informality in, or to reject any or all portions of the bid.  The Omaha Airport Authority also reserves the right to determine if any deviation set forth is acceptable and that the item bid is equal to or better than that specified.  No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days from the opening thereof.
