1200 BUILDING REMODEL

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK

Sarpy County, Nebraska is requesting proposals for the 1200 Building Remodel.

Proposals shall be submitted online using the electronic bid system (https://sarpy.ionwave.net). Electronic bids will be opened at 10:00 a.m. May 30, 2025 in the Purchasing Office of the Sarpy County Administration Building.  Proposal results will be immediately available on the online bid system under the bid documents tab.

Proposal criteria is available online at https://sarpy.ionwave.net. Vendors that obtain specifications from other internet sites are responsible for obtaining any addendums that may be added at a later time.

Contact with any other County employee, elected official or others associated with the project may result in disqualification.

The Sarpy County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities.
