RE:  Application No. C-5037   In the Matter of the Commission, on its own motion, to investigate the level of service quality provided by United Telephone Company of the West d/b/a CenturyLink Communications in the Oshkosh, Lewellen, and Chappell Telephone Exchanges.
Interested persons are hereby notified that the public hearing on the above-captioned application is set for April 8, 2019 at 12:30 p.m., MDT, at the Garden County Courthouse, 611 Main Street, Oshkosh, Nebraska 69154.
