NOTICE
Pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. §77-1315, this notice signifies that the real property assessment roll has been completed for 2020, notices of valuation change have been mailed, and that the final date for filing valuation protests with the Douglas County Board of Equalization is June 30, 2020.
Further, the levels of value in Douglas County, as approved by the Nebraska Tax Equalization and Review Commission for 2020 are:
Residential: 95%
Commercial: 94%
Agricultural Special Valuation: 73%
