Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Sarpy County Planning Commission will be on Tuesday, June 16, 2020, at 7:00 P.M. Pursuant to “Executive Order No. 20-03 Coronavirus Public Meetings Requirement Limited Waiver”, the Planning Commission will be conducting this meeting by video-conference or by telephone conferencing or by conferencing by other electronic communication.  This meeting will be open to the public and to members of the media through video-conferencing; go to https://sarpy.civicweb.net/Portal/MeetingInformation.aspx?Id=433 for a link to join the meeting. A Public Hearing will be held for the following application:

Sarpy County Planning & Building Department requests approval of text amendments to the Sarpy County Zoning Regulations:  Section 31 – Highway Corridor Overlay District; Section 43 - Amendments and Rezoning, and Section 44 - Definitions.

An agenda for the meeting, kept continually current, is available for inspection at the Sarpy County Planning Department office, Sarpy County Administration Bldg., 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion, NE.
