Majestic Roof Installation

OHA is issuing this IFB seeking qualified roofing contractors for installing the roof on the Majestic building located at 2106 N 16th St Omaha, NE 68102. The project consists of four stages. The first stage is the installation of clay tiles. Second stage is for the installation of the membrane on the shed style roof. Third stage is for the installation of asphalt shingles. And the final stage is for installing missing gutters and downspouts on areas of new roofing.

There will be a Pre-Bid Zoom meeting on Thursday, June 18, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. Please send an email to contracts@ohauthority.org for an invitation.

Deadline for Proposal submission is Tuesday June 30, 2020 at 2:00 P.M.

All activities will take place at OHA’s Central Office at 1823 Harney Street, Omaha, NE 68102 or online. Proposals will be marked: Attn: Murphy Knight – Majestic Roof Installation
