Sealed bids for the renovation/construction of the City of Omaha - Tranquility Park Maintenance Building, Tranquility Park, 12222 West Maple Road, Omaha, NE are invited and will be received on or before the bid opening date, as per the project’s specifications.

There will be a non-mandatory, pre-bid meeting on Thursday, October 8, 2020, at 10:00 am.  The meeting will be held on site at Tranquility Park.  Enter off of Fort Street.  Meeting will be held rain or shine.

General Contractor shall self-perform with its own workforce a minimum of thirty percent (30%) of the total cost of the Contract.  Purchasing of materials does not qualify as self-performing the Work.
