Sealed bids are invited and will be received on or before the opening time, as per specifications on file in the office of the Douglas County Purchasing Agent.

Sealed bids should be addressed to Elizabeth Butler, City Clerk, 1819 Farnam Street, LC 1, Omaha Douglas Civic Center, Omaha, NE  68183 and marked BID ON: Omaha Exterior Paint Stabilization Program for the EPA Omaha Lead Site Group # 469 and must be on file in her office on or before 11:00 a.m. on the bid opening date at which time the bids will be opened and read by the City Clerk before the Bid Opening Committee and the public in LC 4, Omaha Douglas Civic Center.
