PLANNING COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Sarpy County Planning Commission will be held on Tuesday, October 20, 2020, at 7:00 P.M. in the Sarpy County Board Room, Sarpy County Administration Bldg., 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion NE.  A Public Hearing will be held on the following applications:

JMF LLC has submitted an application for consideration of a Final Replat of a subdivision to be known as Lots 1 – 8, Tiburon Ridge Replat 2, inclusive, being a replat of Outlot E, Tiburon Ridge, a subdivision as surveyed, platted and recorded in Sarpy County, Nebraska.  Generally located southeast of 176th Street and Cypress Drive. 

Windsor East Development, LLC has submitted an application for consideration of text amendments to the Sarpy County Zoning Regulations:  Section 16 – RD-50 Two-Family Residential District, Section 17 – RG-35 General Residential District, Section 18 – RG-15 General Residential District, Section 34 – Supplementary Regulations, and Section 44 – Definitions.

Windsor East Development, LLC has submitted applications for consideration of a Change of Zone from AG and IL to RD-50, RG-35, RG-15, and IL and a Preliminary Plat and Final Plat of a subdivision to be known as Windsor East, Lots 1 – 162 and Outlots A - K, inclusive, being a platting of a tract of land located in part of the S1/2 of the SW1/4, located in Section 16, Township 14 North, Range 11 East of the 6th P.M., Sarpy County, Nebraska. Generally located northeast of 180th Street and Giles Road.

Adoption of Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) District for Sarpy County.
