Sealed bids are invited and will be received on or before the opening time, as per specifications on file in the office of the Douglas County Purchasing Agent. These documents may also be found at www.douglascountypurchasing.org.
Sealed bids should be addressed to Elizabeth Butler, City Clerk, 1819 Farnam Street, LC 1 - Omaha Douglas Civic Center, Omaha, NE 68183 and marked BID ON:
SP-2018(02) Cathodic Protection of Aluminum Culvert Structures (Re-Bid)
and must be on file in her office on or before 11:00 a.m., on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at which time the bids will be opened and read by the City Clerk before the Bid Opening Committee and the public in LC 4, Omaha Douglas Civic Center.
As evidence of good faith and guarantee that a contract will be entered into should an award be made thereon, a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid must accompany the bid. Failure to do so will be cause for rejection.
Douglas County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
