Common Space Furniture  

Omaha Housing Authority is issuing an IFB seeking qualified Contractor’s to provide Common Space Furniture for OHA’s 11 Towers.

The purpose of this IFB is to contract with qualified vendors we can purchase indoor and outdoor common space furniture, to be install in our 11 towers. We would place orders for each product based on lead times and installation requirements. OHA reserve the right to award multiple contracts and adjust quantities.

IFB packets will be available on Tuesday February 2, 2021 at 2:00 P.M.

There will be a Pre-Bid Zoom meeting on Tuesday February 9, 2021 at 2:00 P.M.  Please send an email to contracts@ohauthority.org for an invitation.

Deadline for Proposal submission is Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at 2:00 P.M.

All activities will take place at OHA’s Central Office at 1823 Harney Street, Omaha, NE 68102.
