Conditional Use Permits

Approval of a Major Amendment to the Conditional Use Permit to allow College and university facilities in the DR (portions of the property are located within the ACI-2 Overlay District and the FF-Flood Fringe Overlay District). 7000 Mercy Road.

Approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow Warehousing and distribution (limited) in the CC District. 725 North Skyline Drive.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on March 2, 2021, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of these hearings is to consider approval of:

Class “C” Liquor License for Fareway Stores, Inc., dba “Fareway”, located at 13150 Fort Street.

Class “C” Liquor License for Blackstone Food Hall, LLC, dba “Switch Food Hall”, located at 3618 Farnam Street, Suite C.

Class “I” Liquor License for Agave Mexican Grill and Cantina 2, Inc., dba “Agave Mexican Grill and Cantina”, located at 6222 North 72nd Street.

Class “K” Liquor License for MAW, Inc., dba “Spirits & Things”, located at 2762 South 129th Avenue.

Anyone interested in these matters or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.
