Co-Developer

 The Housing Authority of the City of Omaha (hereinafter ‘OHA’) requires a firm specializing in the development of Public Housing and/or new mixed-income neighborhoods to be developed at various locations in the greater Omaha area. The Omaha Housing Authority has initiated redevelopment and neighborhood revitalization projects in coordination with local nonprofits.

RFQ packets will be available on Thursday, February 25, 2021 at 2:00 P.M.

There will be a Pre-Qualification Zoom meeting on Friday, March 5, 2021 at 1:00 P.M.

Deadline for Proposal submission is Thursday, March 26, 2021 at 2:00 P.M.

All activities will take place at OHA’s Central Office at 1823 Harney Street, Omaha, NE 68102.

Invitation for Bids

Outdoor Common Space Furniture 

Omaha Housing Authority is issuing an IFB seeking qualified Contractor’s to provide Outdoor Common Space Furniture for OHA’s 11 Towers.

The purpose of this IFB is to contract with qualified vendors we can purchase outdoor common space furniture, to be installed in our 11 towers. We would place orders for each product based on lead times and installation requirements. OHA reserve the right to award multiple contracts and adjust quantities.
