The Omaha Airport Authority, Omaha, Nebraska will receive Bids for the project titled South Garage Restoration 2021, OAA Project CEB 21-03. Combined construction will include General Construction, Automated Parking Guidance, Signage, Mechanical, and Electrical. Project starting date, and substantial completion milestones for the project are identified below. Work of the contract shall start and be completed with dates or durations as indicated below.

 A virtual project review conference will be held via Go-To-Meeting at 10:30 a.m. on March 17, 2021. The project review virtual conference is mandatory for those General Contractors submitting a bid. Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 p.m., on April 8, 2021, in the Airport Authority offices, Second Level, Eppley Airfield Terminal Building, Omaha, Nebraska, at which time and place they will be opened and read aloud.

A bid bond in the amount of not less than 5é of the total bid is required with bid.

The selected contractor will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment bond equal to one hundred percent (100a) of the Contract.

The selected contractor will have to work in the security controlled area of the Airport. Key persons/supervisors must be able to obtain an appropriate Airport Identification Badge. An unlawful entry to parts of the airport is a criminal offense. Prospective bidders need to be aware of this requirement in bidding this project.

The Omaha Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in the bidding process.
