PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on April 27, 2021, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of these hearings is to consider approval of:

Class “CK” Liquor License for Delenaco, LLC, dba “Dena’s Place”, located 2112 North 30th Street, Suite 201.

Class “C” Liquor License for Logan Holding, LLC, dba “Indigo – Downtown Omaha”, located at 1802 Dodge Street.

Class “I” Liquor License for Tixteco Mexican Restaurant, LLC, dba “Tixteco Mexican Restaurant”, located 2203 South 16th Street.

Class “I” Liquor License for Vibrant, LLC, dba “Vibrant”, located at 18101 Chicago Street, Suites 104-105.

Class “B” License for Vibrant, LLC, dba “Vibrant”, located at 18101 Chicago Street, Suites 104-105.

Anyone interested in these matters or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.
