Pre-Bid Meeting: There will be a non-mandatory, pre-bid meeting on Wednesday, May 5, 2021, at 1 pm. The meeting will be held at the boat ramp parking lot at entrance #1; approximately 138th Street and Fort Street.
General Contractor shall self-perform with its own workforce a minimum of thirty percent (30%) of the total cost of the Contract. Purchasing of materials does not qualify as self-performing the Work.
As evidence of good faith and guarantee that contract will be entered into should award be made thereon, a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 5% of the bid must accompany bid. The bid bond or certified check shall be made payable to the “City of Omaha”. Failure to do so will be cause for rejection.
