Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Sarpy County Planning Commission will be held on Tuesday, May 18, 2021, at 7:00 P.M. in the Sarpy County Board Room, Sarpy County Administration Bldg., 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion NE. A Public Hearing will be held on the following applications:
Daniel A Nickerson has submitted an application for consideration of a Special Use Permit for a Home Occupation I (Major) in RS-100 to allow the sale of firearms at the property commonly addressed 18915 Walnut Drive, and legally described as Lot 8 and N ½ of Lot 9 Thousand Oaks, as surveyed platted and recorded in Sarpy County, Nebraska. Generally located southeast of Hwy 31 and Buffalo Road.
