Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Sarpy County Planning Commission will be held on Tuesday, May 18, 2021, at 7:00 P.M. in the Sarpy County Board Room, Sarpy County Administration Bldg., 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion NE.  A Public Hearing will be held on the following applications:

Daniel A Nickerson has submitted an application for consideration of a Special Use Permit for a Home Occupation I (Major) in RS-100 to allow the sale of firearms at the property commonly addressed 18915 Walnut Drive, and legally described as Lot 8 and N ½ of Lot 9 Thousand Oaks, as surveyed platted and recorded in Sarpy County, Nebraska.  Generally located southeast of Hwy 31 and Buffalo Road. 

Emily Fouts has submitted an application for consideration of a Special Use Permit in RD-50 to allow an In-Home Child Care Facility at the property commonly addressed 7913 S 184th Street, and legally described as Lot 101, River Oaks, as surveyed platted and recorded in Sarpy County, Nebraska.  Generally located southwest of S 180th Street and Harrison Street. 

JMF LLC has submitted an application for consideration of a Final Replat of a subdivision to be known as Lots 1 – 8, inclusive, Tiburon Ridge Replat 2, being a replat of Outlot E, Tiburon Ridge, a subdivision as surveyed, platted and recorded in Sarpy County, Nebraska.  Generally located southeast of 176th Street and Cypress Drive. 

JMF LLC has submitted applications for consideration of a Rezoning from RG-15 to RG-15 PD and a Preliminary Plat and Final Plat for a subdivision to be known as Lots 1-42 and Outlot A, Tiburon Ridge North, being a replatting of Lot 1 and Outlot B, Tiburon Ridge Commercial, as surveyed, platted and recorded in Sarpy County, NE. Generally located northeast of 180th Street and Highway 370.

Benjamin Miller has submitted applications for a Rezoning from AG to AGR; a Preliminary Plat; and a Final Plat of a subdivision to be known as Lots 1 and 2 and Outlots A and B, Krajicek Acres 2nd, being a platting of the West 658.52 feet in width of the East 1645.77 feet of the South half of the SW ¼ of Section 6, T12N, R11E of the 6th P.M. Sarpy County, Nebraska.  Commonly addressed 19841 and 19845 South 204th Street and generally located southeast of 204th Street and Buffalo Road.

Brian Nienaber has submitted an application for consideration of a Preliminary Plat of a subdivision to be known as Lots 1 – 3 Zapata Replat 2, being a replatting of Lot 2 Zapata Replat 1, Lot 2 Meadowlark Subdivision, Lot 1 SWN Investments No. 7 and Lot 1 SWN Investments No. 6, as surveyed, platted and recorded in Sarpy County, Nebraska.  Generally located northeast of Highway 370 and Sapp Brothers Drive.

Woodsonia 204 – Harrison, LLC has submitted an application for consideration of a Comprehensive Plan Amendment to the Future Land Use Map for the property legally described as N ¾ NE ¼ Exc ROW in Section 13, T14N, R10E of the 6th P.M. Sarpy County Nebraska. Generally located southwest of 204th & Harrison Streets.

Woodsonia 204 – Harrison, LLC has submitted an application for consideration of Rezoning from BG to RD-50; and a Preliminary Plat for a subdivision to be known as Lots 1-449 and Outlots A-O Sunset Meadows, being a replatting of N ¾ NE ¼ Exc ROW in Section 13, Township 14N, Range 10E of the 6th P.M. Sarpy County Nebraska. Generally located southwest of 204th & Harrison Streets.

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Sarpy County Board of Commissioners will be held on Tuesday, May 18, 2021, at 3:00 P.M. in the Sarpy County Board Room, Sarpy County Administration Building, 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion, NE.   A Public Hearing will be held on the following:

Tubing & Adventures c/o Brock Beran, has submitted an application for consideration of an Amendment to an existing Special Use Permit to allow a commercial recreational and camping area known as Tubing & Adventures in AG, on property commonly addressed 25205 Harrison Street, and legally described as Tax Lots 2A and 2B of Section 17, Township 14N, Range 10E and NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 16, Township 14N, Range 10E, of 6th P.M. Sarpy County, NE.  Generally located southeast 252nd and Harrison Streets.

McCune Family LLC has submitted applications for consideration of a Preliminary Plat of a subdivision to be known as Platteview Industrial, Lots 1 through 4, inclusive and Outlots A and B, and a Final Plat of a subdivision to be known as Platteview Industrial, Lot 1 and Outlots A through D, inclusive, being a platting of part of the east half of the southeast quarter of Section 18, Township 13 North, Range 11 East of the 6th P.M., Sarpy County, Nebraska, except that part taken for right-of-way.  Generally located northwest of 192nd Street and Platteview Road.
