INVITATION TO BID
Relocation of the Dance of the
Cranes Sculpture
Eppley Airfield - Omaha, Nebraska
Project Number 62-37A
The Omaha Airport Authority, Omaha, Nebraska will receive Bids for the project titled Relocation of the Dance of the Cranes Sculpture. This project includes the preparation of a new site for “Dance of the Cranes” (“Sculpture”) that is currently located at the entry to Eppley Airfield. It also includes the relocation and installation of the Sculpture at the new site.
Substantial Completion of the project must be completed within the contract times indicated below:
Substantial completion of the project must be achieved within 40 (Forty) working days of a start date which shall be identified in the Notice to Proceed letter and which shall be agreed upon between the Owner and the Contractor.
Sealed bids will be received until 1:00 p.m., on June 7, 2021, in the Airport Authority offices, Second Level, Eppley Airfield Terminal Building, Omaha, Nebraska, at which time and place they will be opened and read aloud.
A project review conference will be held at 2:00 p.m. on June 2, 2021 in the office of the Omaha Airport Authority, Eppley Airfield, Omaha, Nebraska.

A bid bond in the amount of not less than 5% of the total bid is required.
The selected contractor will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract.
The Omaha Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in the bidding process.
