ADVERTISEMENT FOR QUALIFICATIONS

1.  Sealed Qualification Packets addressed to the School House Planning Division of the Omaha Public Schools, Douglas County, Nebraska, for the Facilities Conditions Assessment, Educational Adequacy Assessment, Master Planning and Long-Range Capital Planning, RFQ Number Q003-21, for the Omaha Public Schools, hereinafter called the “District” will be received in the office of District Operational Services, Omaha Public Schools, 4041 North 72nd Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68134 until 2:00 PM, CST, Tuesday, June 16, 2021.  At that time, the qualifications will be publicly received.  The time clock maintained by OPS District Operational Services shall be the official clock utilized to determine the time for close of bidding.  There will be a mandatory Virtual Pre-Bid Conference on Monday, May 26, 2021 at 10:00 AM via Microsoft Teams.  All attendees must pre-register with darwin.rohde@ops.org.

2.  Plans and specifications may be examined and are available for purchase at A&D Technical Supply, Omaha NE 68127, 402-592-4950, on or after May 18, 2021.  Plans and specifications may also be examined at the Office of District Operational Services, Division of Schoolhouse Planning, 4041 North 72nd Street, Omaha, NE 68134 and are also on file at the following locations:
