PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on July 13, 2021, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:

Res. that, the Preliminary Plat entitled UNMC Saddle Creek Campus, a subdivision inside city limits, located southwest of Farnam Street and Saddle Creek Road, along with the conditions, is hereby accepted; and, the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized.

An ordinance to rezone property located at 8557 Boyd Street from DR-Development Reserve District to R5-Urban Family Residential District.

An ordinance to rezone property located at 561 South 84th Street from R1-Single-Family Residential District (Low Density) to R2-Single-Family Residential District (Low Density).

An ordinance to rezone property located at 9207 Blondo Street from R2-Single-Family Residential District (Low-Density) to R5-Urban Family Residential District.

An ordinance to amend the boundaries of the MCC-Major Commercial Corridor Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located at 9207 Blondo Street.

An ordinance to rezone property located at 2902 Y Street, 3030 and 3031 Upland Parkway from GI-General Industrial District and HI-Heavy Industrial District to R5-Urban Family Residential District.

An ordinance to approve an Amendment to the Future Land Use Element of the Master Plan for the City of Omaha, to change the future land use map from Open Space to Low Density Residential for property located at 3030 and 3031 Upland Parkway.
