NOTICE OF REQUEST

FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)

1. PROJECT INFORMATION.  Ralston Public Schools is requesting proposals from qualified construction management firms (CM) to provide construction management at risk services for an Elementary School Facilities Improvement Project, including without limitation construction of a new elementary school building at the Mockingbird Elementary site; addition, remodel, reconstruction, and/or modification of the elementary school buildings at each of the Meadows Elementary, Wildewood Elementary, and Blumfield Elementary sites; site improvements at each location identified above; and demolition of the existing elementary school building at the Mockingbird Elementary site.

2. PROPOSAL SUBMISSION.  Proposals will be received until 12 p.m. CST on December 22, 2021.  Any proposal received after that time and date will not be opened or considered and will be returned to the CM.
