INVITATION TO BID
Buildings 4120 & 4120A Hangar Repair
(Alpine Hangars)
Eppley Airfield - Omaha, Nebraska
Project Number CEB 24-14C
The Omaha Airport Authority, Omaha, Nebraska will receive Bids for the project titled BUILDINGS 4120 & 4120A HANGAR REPAIR (ALPINE HANGARS). Combined construction will include Removal and Replacement of Hangar Components as outlined in the structural/architectural repair plans and Miscellaneous Construction Items. Substantial Completion of the project must be completed within the contract times indicated below:
Substantial completion of the project must be achieved within 25 (twenty-five) working days of a start date which shall be identified in the Notice to Proceed letter and which shall be agreed upon between the Owner and the Contractor.
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 p.m., on January 22, 2025, in the Airport Authority offices, at 1519 E. Hartman Court, Omaha, Nebraska, at which time and place they will be opened and read aloud.
A project review conference will be held at 2:00 p.m. on January 15, 2025, in the office of the Omaha Airport Authority, at 1519 E. Hartman Court, Omaha, Nebraska. A site inspection will follow the project review conference.

A bid bond in the amount of not less than 5% of the total bid is required.
The selected contractor will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract.
The Omaha Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in the bidding process.
