INVITATION FOR BID

PROJECT NO. CEB 22-09 A, B and C

Sealed bids for equipment acquisition for the Omaha Airport Authority, Omaha, Nebraska, Project No. 22-09 A, B, and C will be received at the Omaha Airport Authority business office until 3:00 P.M. Central Standard Time on Monday, January 10, 2022 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. 

The work involved includes the following: 

22-09 A:   Purchase One (1) 2022 Ford Police Interceptor Utility (Explorer – AWD) – Less One (1) Trade-in           

22-09 B:   Purchase One (1) 2022 Ford F150, SuperCrew Cab 4x4 Pickup (OPS) – Less One (1) Trade-in

22-09 C:   Purchase One (1) 2022 Chevy 5500HD or Ford F550, 4x4 Flatbed Pickup – (FMX) – Less One (1) Trade-in

A complete set of specifications may be obtained at the Omaha Airport Authority offices, Eppley Airfield, 2nd Floor Central Terminal Building, Omaha, Nebraska, or by contacting Colleen Taul at colleen.taul@flyoma.com. 

The bidder must supply all the information required by the proposal forms.  Omaha Airport Authority reserves the right to waive any informality in, or to reject any or all portions of the bid.  The Omaha Airport Authority also reserves the right to determine if any deviation set forth is acceptable and that the item bid is equal to or better than that specified.  No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days from the opening thereof.
