Sealed bids are invited and will be received on or before the opening time, 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 26, 2022, as per specifications on file in the office of the Douglas County Purchasing Agent. These documents may also be found at www.douglascountypurchasing.org.

and must be on file in her office on or before 11:00 a.m., on the bid opening date at which time the bids will be opened and read by the City Clerk before the Bid Opening Committee and the public in LC 4, Omaha Douglas Civic Center.
As evidence of good faith and guarantee that a contract will be entered into should an award be made thereon, a bid bond statement must accompany the bid in the amount of:

Failure to do so will be cause for rejection.

Notice is hereby given that the OMAHA CITY CLERK will receive sealed bids until WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 26, 2022 AT 11:00 A.M. FOR DOUGLAS CO. PROJECT NO. C-28(590) 66TH STREET IMPROVMENTS, NORTHERN HILLS DRIVE TO TWIN BROOKS PLZ (GRADING, PAVING, AND EROSION CONTROL).
Bids are to be submitted on the proposal forms and in accordance with plans and specifications available at www.questcdn.com. This envelope is to be placed in another envelope, which shall be sealed and addressed to the County Clerk.
The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Surety Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract.
The Board of Douglas County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
