PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on January 25, 2022 at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of these hearings is to consider approval of:
Class “C” Liquor License for JoJos, LLC, dba “JoJos Diner West”, located at 13110 Birch Drive, Suite 100.
Class “C” Liquor License for L Street Lounge, LLC, dba “L Street Lounge”, located at 4727 South 96th Street.
Class “C” Liquor License for Pub 134, LLC, dba “Pub 134”, located at 3015 North 90th Street.
Class “I” Liquor License for Bar 39 Omaha, LLC, dba “Bar 39”, located at 3916 Farnam Street.
Class “I” Liquor License for CEC Entertainment (Nebraska), LLC, dba “Chuck E. Cheese’s”, located at 225 North 76th Street.
Class “I” Liquor License for JDLEC, LLC, dba “Finnegan’s Pub & Grill”, located at 4309 South 120th Street.
Class “B” License for Bar 39 Omaha, LLC, dba “Bar 39”, located at 3916 Farnam Street.
Anyone interested in these matters or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.
