Notice is hereby given that the Board of the Douglas County Unified Justice Center Development Corporation (JCDC) will meet in a public session on Thursday, January 20, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. in Room 903, Omaha-Douglas Civic Center, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska.

As provided under Neb.Rev.Stat. §84-1411(6), a public body may allow a member of the public or any witness to appear before the public body by means of virtual conferencing. Pursuant to §84-1411(6), this meeting is also available via Zoom at:

To whom it may concern:

Report has been made by the County Board of Douglas County, Nebraska by the clerk of the district or county court of the county, which report shows that there is now and has been for the last six months remaining in the hands of the clerk/comptroller certain witness fees which have been uncalled for. If the fees are not called for within six months from January 11, 2022, they will be considered as forfeited and will be paid into the common school fund of Douglas County.
