Public notice is hereby given that at a meeting of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Valley, Nebraska, held at 7:00 o’clock P.M. on January 14, 2025 the following ordinance was passed and adopted:

ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF VALLEY, NEBRASKA, ANNEXING AND EXTENDING THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF VALLEY TO INCLUDE CERTAIN REAL ESTATE GENERALLY DESCRIBED ON EXHIBIT “A” ATTACHED HERETO AND INCORPORATED HEREIN BY THIS REFERENCE.; AND TO PROVIDE AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.

AN ORDINANCE ENACTING A MUNICIPAL CODE FOR THE CITY OF VALLEY, NEBRASKA, REVISING, AMENDING, RESTATING, CODIFYING AND COMPILING CERTAIN EXISTING GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF VALLEY DEALING WITH SUBJECTS EMBRACED IN SUCH MUNICIPAL CODE AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND EXISTING SECTIONS OF THE CITY OF VALLEY ZONING REGULATIONS RELATING TO OUTDOOR STORAGE AND ENCLOSED TRAILERS; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE, PROVIDING FOR A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
