A joint public hearing will be held on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, starting at 6:05 PM, in the Legislative Chamber on the second floor of the Omaha-Douglas Civic Center,  1819 Farnam Street,  Omaha, NE 68183. This joint public hearing is required by Neb.Rev.Stat. §§ 77-1631 – 77-1634, for certain political subdivisions that are seeking to increase their property tax request by more than the allowable growth percentage.
