The Douglas County Board of Health will meet at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at 1819 Farnam St., Legislative Chambers, LC-4, Omaha, Nebraska. The proposed agenda, which shall be kept continuously current, shall be available at the office of the health Director during normal business hours. This board reserves the right to modify the agenda to include items of an emergency nature only while the meeting is

in session. The administrative committee, public health issues committee, and/or health equity committee may meet on the first Friday of the month.

You are hereby notified that a public hearing will be held before the Douglas County Board of Commissioners at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 23, 2025 in the Legislative Chambers of the Omaha-Douglas Civic Center, at 1819 Farnam Street Omaha, NE 68183.

1.  Matthew Bevington- applicant for an amendment to the Future Land Use Map of the Douglas County Comprehensive Plan.

2.  Matthew Bevington- applicant for a rezone of a parcel located at 10798 N. 312th Street. Section 16- Township 16- Range 09; Parcel Number 010202001.
