NOTICE TO PUBLIC
The City Council of the City of Omaha will have a Pre-Council Meeting at 10:30 A.M. in the Conference Room, LC-1, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center, 1819 Farnam Street, for the purpose of discussing the agenda items and briefing and discussion of public business; and a regular Council Meeting at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, May 7, 2019, in the Legislative Chambers of the Omaha/Douglas Civic Center in Omaha, Nebraska. Proposed agenda kept continually current shall be available for public inspection in the Omaha/Douglas Civic Center at the Office of the City Clerk, but the Council shall have the right to modify the agenda to include items of an emergency nature only at such public meeting when convened.

An ordinance approving a contract with Nifty Clean, LLC for the Janitorial Services (Traffic Maintenance) project, with an annual estimated cost of $8,978.00, for a term effective May 1, 2019 through April 30, 2022, with the option of two (2) one-year extensions involving the payment of money from appropriations of more than one year, in accordance with Section 5.17 of the Home Rule Charter of 1956, as amended; to provide for payments from a specific account
An ordinance approving the contract with Fisher Building Services, Inc. in the amount of $864,529.75 for OPW 53518 being the 2019 Parking Facility Repair Project, located at the various Parking Garage Facilities within the City of Omaha, to approve appropriations of more than one year in accordance with Section 5.17 of the Home Rule Charter of 1956, as amended; to approve payments from a specific account in the amount of $864,529.75
