TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED:
 RE:  Application No. NG-102/PI-225  In the Matter of the Commission, on its own motion, seeking to review policies and practices relating to the administration of customer choice programs for natural gas service offered within the State of Nebraska.
Interested persons are hereby notified that the workshop on the above-captioned application is set for September 25, 2019, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Commission Hearing Room, 300 The Atrium, 1200 N Street, Lincoln, Nebraska.
If auxiliary aids or reasonable accommodations are needed for attendance at the meeting, please call the Commission at (402) 471-3101.  For people with hearing/speech impairments, please call the Commission at (402) 471-0213 (TDD) or the Nebraska Relay System at (800) 833-7352 (TDD) or (800) 833-0920 (Voice).  Advance notice of at least seven days is needed when requesting an interpreter.

The 911 Service System Advisory Committee will hold a meeting on  Wednesday, August 21, 2019, at 1:00 p.m., in the Commission Hearing Room, 1200 “N” Street, Suite #300, Lincoln. 
The agenda will be available for public inspection no later than 1:00 p.m. on the day before the meeting, at the Nebraska Public Service Commission’s Offices.

     The Nebraska Department of Transportation will receive sealed bids in Room 104 of the Central Office Building at 1500 Hwy. 2 in Lincoln, until 1:30 PM on August 29, 2019. At that time the bids will be opened and read.
     Plans, specifications, and additional letting information may be found at the Nebraska Department of Transportation's Web Site at http://dot.nebraska.gov/business-center/business-opp/hwy-bridge-lp/.
     This project is funded under the Federal-Aid Highway Act, all appropriate Federal requirements will apply.
