PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
     Public hearings will be held by the Douglas County Board of Commissioners on Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. in the Legislative Chamber, Omaha-Douglas Civic Center, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska, for the following applications:
     1. Special Use Permit, Curtis Corporation, Curtis G. Werner – applicant, for a commercial recreation – controlled impact use, specifically a wedding reception / retreat venue, on approximately 180 acres in the SE1/4 and the SE1/4 NW1/4, all in Section 3-Township 16 North-Range 10 East of the Sixth P.M. (parcel #’s 0111510000 and 0111560011) Address: 23150 Pawnee Road. 
     2.  Special Use Permit, Tyler J. Nelson – applicant,    for a commercial recreation – high impact use, specifically a farming educational     experience, on approximately 21 acres in the W1/2 SE1/4, in Section 15-Township 16 North-Range 10 East of the Sixth P.M. (parcel # 0113190027) Address: 10505 N. 234 Street.
