PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on January 7, 2020, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of these hearings is to consider approval of:

Class “C” Liquor License for Flywheel Management, LLC, dba “Old Fashion Garden Cafe”, located at 11040 Oak Street.

Class “CK” Liquor License for Omaha Dog Bar, LLC, dba “Omaha Dog Bar”, located at 1231 South 14th Street.

Class “I” Liquor License for Topgolf USA Omaha, LLC, dba “Topgolf Omaha”, located at 908 North 102nd Street.

Class “B” License for El Mexicano 6, Inc., dba “El Mexicano 6”, located at 4922 South 24th Street.

Class “L” (Brew Pub) License for Patriot Homebrew Supply, LLC, dba “Patriot Homebrew Supply”, located at 2929 North 204th Street, Suite 107.

Anyone interested in these matters or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.
