Application No. NUSF-4: In the Matter of the Commission, on its own motion, seeking to determine the level of the fund necessary to carry out the Nebraska Telecommunications Universal Service Fund Act, to be effective for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2020:
All persons interested in the above-referenced application are hereby notified that the matter has been scheduled for public hearing on Wednesday, May 20, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. in the Nebraska Public Service Commission Hearing Room, 300 The Atrium, 1200 “N” Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, which will be held in an electronic format. The purpose of the said hearing is to determine the level of the NUSF necessary to carry out the requirements of the Nebraska Universal Service Fund Act for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2020.
