PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on June 9, 2020, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:

An ordinance to rezone property located northwest of 222nd and Q Streets from AG-Agricultural District to DR-Development Reserve District

Res. that, the Final Plat entitled Legend Trails (Lots 1-86, Outlots A-L), a subdivision outside the city limits, located northwest of 222nd and Q Streets, is hereby approved and accepted.

Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement among the City of Omaha, Krejci Development, LLC, The Legend Trails Homeowners Association, Inc., and Sanitary and Improvement District (S.&I.D.) 597 of Douglas County, Nebraska, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as Legend Trails (Lots 1-86 and Outlots A-L) and is located northwest of 222nd and Q Streets.
