NOTICE

Pursuant to Section 19-1102 of the Nebraska State Statutes, I hereby publish the wages of the employees of the Village of Waterloo, Nebraska: Village Administrator/Clerk/Treasurer 31.25 hour; Deputy Clerk 19 hour; Maintenance Supervisor 28.06 hour; Maintenance Employees 20, 21.50 hour; Library Director 22.45 hour; Library Employee 18 hour; Police Chief 38.94 hour; Police Sergeant 30 hour; Part-time Police Officers 25 hour and Full-time Police Officer 25, 26 hour.

NOTICE OF RENEWAL OF RETAIL LIQUOR LICENSE

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT pursuant to Section 53-135.01, that a liquor license may be automatically renewed for one year from November 1, 2022 for the following retail liquor licensee:

El Bee’s

Notice is hereby given that written protests to the issuance of automatic renewal of license may be filed by any resident of the Village on or before August 18, 2022, in the office of the Village Clerk and that in the event protests are filed by three or more such persons, hearing will be had to determine whether continuation of the license should be allowed.
