EMERGENCY MEETING PROCEEDINGS
July 31, 2024
The Board of Trustees of the Village of Waterloo met for an Emergency Meeting on July 31, 2024 at 7:40 pm via virtual meeting using Zoom.com. Present were Vice-Chairperson Bill Rotert and Trustees Sass, Rochford and A. Harlow. Chairperson T. Harlow was absent. Clerk Smith was also present.
Vice-Chairperson Rotert called the meeting to order at 7:40pm and stated the location of the Open Meetings Act.
The following motion was approved:
- to approve the local disaster declaration
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:43pm. The next regular meeting is scheduled for August 12, 2024.

SPECIAL MEETING PROCEEDINGS
July 26, 2024
The Board of Trustees of the Village of Waterloo met for a Special Meeting on July 26, 2024 at 12:30pm in the Village Office, 509 S. Front Street. Present were Chairperson Travis Harlow and Trustees Rotert and A. Harlow. Trustee Rochford arrived at 12:34pm. Trustee Sass was absent. Clerk Smith was also present.
Chairperson T. Harlow called the meeting to order at 12:30 pm and stated the location of the Open Meetings Act. Notice of the meeting was duly exercised and mailed per the bylaws.
The following motion was approved:
- to allow residents and businesses within the Village to take up to 10 loads of asphalt grindings at no cost for use inside the Village and those outside out of the corporate limits could purchase them at $2.00 per ton for personal use, not resale, and would be required to call the office with their billing information
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 12:56pm. A special meeting is scheduled for August 12, 2024 at 6:00pm. The next regular meeting is scheduled for August 12, 2024 at 7:00pm.

The Board of Trustees of the Village of Waterloo met for a Regular Meeting on July 8, 2024 at 7:00 pm in the Village Office, 509 S. Front Street. Present were Vice-Chairperson Bill Rotert and Trustees Sass and A. Harlow. Chairperson T. Harlow and Trustee Rochford was absent. Attorney Solomon and Clerk Smith were also present.
Vice-Chairperson Rotert called the meeting to order at 7:15pm and stated the location of the Open Meetings Act. Notice of the meeting was duly exercised and mailed per the bylaws. Minutes from the June 10, 2024 Regular Meeting and the June Treasurer Report were approved as presented.

- To approve Resolution 07-08-24-04, approve SDL for ML Brands and Beyond the Basics for 8/10/24, approving both locations but with no blocking of the sidewalk
- To approve Resolution 07-08-24-05, approve SDL for ML Brands and Beyond the Basics for 8/24/24, approving both locations but with no blocking of the sidewalk
- To approve reopening Resolution 07-08-24-02
- To approve changing Resolution 07-08-24-02 to state the rain date of September 29, 2024
