1. Contracting Owner: STICHLER PROPERTIES V, LLC

Address: 4210 S 223RD PLZ CIR., ELKHORN, NE 68022

2. Real Property: The real property subject to this Termination is situated in Douglas County, Nebraska, and is legally described as follows:

LOT 12, AVENUE ONE, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF OMAHA, IN DOUGLAS COUNTY, NEBRASKA.

3. Original Notice of Commencement: The Notice of Commencement was dated December 20, 2024, executed by STICHLER PROPERTIES V, LLC, and recorded on January 2, 2025, as Instrument Number 2025000082 in the records of the Register of Deeds of Douglas County, Nebraska.

4. Effective Date of Termination: The Notice of Commencement shall terminate effective OCTOBER 1, 2026, which date shall not be earlier than thirty (30) days after this Termination of Notice of Commencement is recorded.

5. Scope of Termination: This Termination applies to all of the real property described above.
