NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED:

RE: B-2070.03:   In the Matter of the Application of Deens T.H.D. Enterprise, LLC Omaha, seeking to extend its authority by expanding its geographical service territory to all points in Nebraska over irregular routes. HHS Designation: Yes.

Interested persons are hereby notified that a hearing on the above-captioned application is scheduled for Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Central Time, at the at the Commission Hearing Room, 1200 N Street, Suite 300, Lincoln, Nebraska. HHS Designation: Yes.
